A little bit of me
I am Sílvia Bernaus, Educator and Healthy Life & Wellness Coach.
For more than 10 years I have been dedicated to accompanying processes, and in the last 5 I have been focused in accompanying the transition to a healthy lifestyle, from the healthy and consistent use of cosmetics to a change of lifestyle, analyzing consumtion and personal care habits, as well as the day-to-day life and the real ways for each one. I also give advise on a holistic care of the body through natural and fresh cosmetics and supplementation by Ringana, a unique company in its sector, leader in excellence and trend, with a whole ethical way at every step.
On the other hand, I accompany people and companies to develop their business within network marketing, in order to use different ways of working and income, from sustainability and in coherence with the vital moment of each person. We work through mentoring processes where we improve work efficiency, planning, and chances of success through personal growth, training, and cooperation.
